Are you insured and background-checked?
Yes — we're ABN registered, police-checked, and covered by public liability insurance.
Do you offer one-off cleans, or only ongoing bookings?
Both. One-off housekeeping, deep cleans and Airbnb turnovers as you need them, or a regular weekly or fortnightly booking — whatever fits your home.
Do I need to supply cleaning products?
No — we bring eco-conscious products as standard. Happy to use your preferred products instead if you have them.
Can you help with NDIS or DVA-funded support?
Yes — we support NDIS participants and DVA/veteran clients, and can put together an NDIS service agreement. We're also able to register with self-managed aged care providers. Get in touch to talk through your plan and what's covered.
